A while back, Tim and I went to South Point, the southernmost tip of the island. Some people think the Florida Keys is the southernmost point in the whole United States, but actually... dun dun dun... South Point is! lol. I took a lot of pictures but it just wasn't one of those days, and for one reason or another most of them did not turn out. But I did get some really cool shots I wanted to share and some especially beautiful ones of horses that we saw along the way (there is a lot of farmland down there.)
If the midwest and the ocean decided that they had the hots for each other, got it on, (ow, ow!) and had a baby -- that baby would be South Point.
Cow. MOO.
Somebody had a zebra and a donkey. They totally love each other. Maybe they'll have a zebronkey?
This was super cool. You can jump off the cliff if you want and go swimming/snorkeling/spearfishing. I wish I could say I jumped, but I didn't. I wanted to (honestly, I really did!!) But I wasn't wearing my swimsuit and didn't feel like swimming. I just wanted to jump off for the sake of jumping off, lol. But then you have to climb up a rope (high school gym style) to get to the ladder that you climb back up. I need to get in shape... it's one of those things though that I'll probably look back on and think, "I should've done it, even in my clothes!" Oh well. If there's a next time... :)
And I leave you with my favorite shots that I took that day... some lovely photos I got of horses, several of them which I abstracted. I looooove how they turned out!!
